The role is newly created to work directly with CEO of the Group.
Description

* Builds a foundation for excellence in customer adoption through the use of cost-effective
* Manage teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
* Ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress
* Exceeds customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction
* Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate team to achieve their targets
* Develop a strategic plan by collaborating with the leadership team and executives
* Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
* Leads in the efforts to build a robust indirect sales strategy and channel strategy
* Observe daily operations of the company to identify new opportunities for initiatives
* Directly responsible for the company&039;s revenue acceleration, and daily operations
Profile
* Experience in working with application products is a plus
* Entrepreneurial attitude and familiarity with the strategies and tactics needed to develop and grow new business opportunities
* Fluent English in both written and verbal communication
* At least 5+ years of working experience in a highly analytic role and product/magnetisation/growth or related roles
* At least 7+ years of leadership experience
* Statistics and analogical skills
* Experience in working in the product-centric company
* Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
* Sale and negotiation skills
