Our Chief of Staff (CoS) will be a critical force- multiplier for our executive team, particularly supporting the CEO as an internal CEO. The CoS will enhance the executive&039;s productivity and efficiency by overseeing strategic initiatives, managing cross- functional projects, and acting as a liaison across departments. This role requires a highly organized, adaptable, and proactive individual with a knack for problem- solving and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project architects and existing department heads to maintain continuity and drive successful outcomes.
Step into complex problem areas across the company, diagnose issues, and implement solutions effectively.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate various projects and initiatives.
Train and mentor other managers in meeting facilitation and team communication best practices.
Take on leadership roles for critical projects and teams, providing direction and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and clear responses.
Drive the development and execution of key business processes, including quarterly business reviews and OKR management, to ensure alignment and scalability.
Perform additional administrative duties as required to support executive operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflows.
Lead and manage high- level meetings, ensuring they are effective and goal- oriented.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically.
Experience in key account management or business development is a plus.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent English proficiency is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
