Responsibilities

Chief Operating Office (5000$, ID15325)Work together and support CEO in establishing and achieving objectives related to finance, financial performance and operational strategy.
Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track and enhance operational and financial performance.
Oversee business operations and staff output, and cultivate a culture that values inclusivity.
Encourage the creation of a strategic roadmap for the use of solar energy, and energy storage.
Accomplish quick growth in the company&039;s business, and investment returns, and investigate market opportunities.
Implement performance accomplishment and evaluation mechanisms throughout the entire organization, foster departmental synergy, and translate corporate strategy into practical measures.
Initiate and manage the organization&039;s project finance and associated corporate finance initiatives. Investigate various funding options.

Qualifications

Have 5 years of management and operations experience in the COO position.
Bachelor’s degree: business, finance, engineering, or a similar field.
Must have experience in raising capital and investment funds.
Must have work experience and understanding about Solar.
