JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strategic and results- driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the operational functions of our company. The COO will be responsible for overseeing planning, budgeting, quality assurance, and the management of key operational areas, including Internal Communication (Employer Branding, Culture, Events), Administration, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Recruitment, and Legal compliance. This role requires a visionary leader with strong organizational skills and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast- paced IT environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Operations Management
Oversee day- to- day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s vision and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance operational performance.
Budget Management
Collaborate with finance and department heads to align budgets with strategic priorities.
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
Plan, manage, and monitor the company’s budget to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance for Internal Communication (IC)
Measure the impact of IC programs and make data- driven improvements.
Oversee the quality and effectiveness of Internal Communication initiatives, including Employer Branding, Corporate Culture, and Events.
Ensure IC activities align with the company’s values and contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction.
Administration & Compliance
Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company’s C&B offerings remain competitive.
Collaborate with HR to ensure fair and transparent C&B practices.
Recruitment & Talent Management
Partner with the HR team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet the company’s talent needs.
Ensure the onboarding process is seamless and aligns with the company’s culture and values.
Support talent development initiatives to build a high- performing workforce.
Legal Oversight
Mitigate legal risks by reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide guidance on legal matters related to operations, employment, and corporate governance.
Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with local and international laws.
