Chief Operating Officer

ROLES:
• Provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization. The COO will bring operational, managerial and administrative procedures, reporting structures and operation controls to the company.
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives.
• Contribute toward the company’s profitability by ensuring optimal Sales effort, cost saving & efficient. utilization of all available service & resource.
• Effectively communicate and foster growth among the executive team and all employees. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the MD/BOD and other key executive team members.
• Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
• Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Identify profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies and assess business risks by analyzing financial, statistical, and economic data.
• Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
• Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
• Foster strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, investors and all other professional business relationships.
• Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
• Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with government laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
• Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
• Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA is high priority.
Knowledge:
• Retail/fashion brand, brand marketing.
Experience:
• Experience in organizion development, operation management.
• 7+ years in leadership roles or similar role. Experience in a retail/ FMCG/ luxury fashion brand is a plus, including working within a cross-functional team.
Skills/Competencies:
• Good skills in management, communication, organization, negotiation and solve-problem, build a high perforamce team.
• Strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization.
• Managing and leadership skill.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills, including working with internal partners across multiple geographies and functions.
• Ability to synthesize and analyze reports.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while also remaining detail oriented and able to deliver against functional deadlines.
