Job description

-Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

-Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

-Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

-Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

-Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

-Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

-Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

-Assist CEO in fundraising ventures

-Manage relationships with partners/vendors

■Salary: 1500-2200 USD Gross

■Requirement

Gender：Any

Age：33-48 years old

Language：Upper intermediate English or Japanese

-Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role

-At least 3 years working experience in Car business field（Car dealer）

-At least 3 years working experience as managerial position

-Have knowledge and experience to manager Sale/Service/parts/Finance/HR

-Can start working from 1/3/2020

■Working time:

Working time：Mon - Fri: 8h00 - 17h00

　Bonus：1 time

　Review salary：1 time
