Ensure the smooth functioning of all the people functions (recruitment, training, C&B, career development, reward and performance evaluation, culture and engagement, etc.) in alignment with the company vision and mission;
Understand company business and people situation and find the conflict which vs our people’s long- lasting happiness and take action to remove all these barrier out;
Continuously and sustainably improve the satisfaction, engagement and inner- peace for partners and happiness for customers
DELIVERABLES
Produce a reliable roadmap to realize the vision "Make the World Smile for Peace"
Find the key access of “making customer/society happy” between “inner peace of partner” and identify better measurable of this cycle;
Continuously improve the employee satisfaction and engagement;
Create the model/system(such as bunch of activities or action list) to sustainably repeating this flow of “the action make customer happy and acknowledge the result “cause “inner peace of our partners” in our business activities;
Identify (Find, analyze and test) effective measurement for inner peace level of our partners;
