Follow up and maintain the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the Children`s Club and the surrounding areas
Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the Children`s Club and recreation department overall
Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
Participate actively in employee activities
Ensure all guests have registered into the facility
Assist for any other recreational activities where needed
Protect company assets.
Assist in promoting the facility and organizing special events as required
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
May assist with other duties as assigned by management
Attend scheduled departmental trainings
Anticipate and address guests&039; service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
Assist the supervisor/manager with special projects, events, special classes and parties planning for the recreational program of the guests
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Welcome guests to the Children`s Club/Planet Trekkers facilities and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
Ensure an adequate supply of towels and water are available to guest
Follow company policies and procedures;
Operation of the Children`s Club activities and daily guest activities (instructing, informing and assisting the guest)
Ensure the uniform and the personal appearance is clean and professional
Other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in hospitality field
Service years in the field:
1 years related experience in hotel recreation operations
Knowledge and skills:
Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Language:
Good English and Vietnamese
