Chinese Legal And Contract Management Executive

• Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with relevant laws;
• Researching laws, legal and commercial practices of Japan and other countries that have business relationships with FPT Software;
• Consulting and solving legal issues related to lawsuits, disputes, etc.;
• Coordinating with other departments in contract performance of project team and dealing with legal issues (if any);
• Guiding and supervising related departments to operate in accordance with laws and internal rules of contract management;
• Reviewing and advising contracts/agreements in Vietnamese and Chinese;
• Reviewing and systematizing legal documents & contract management process related to company’s operation;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
• Updating and giving guidelines for application of regulations for Board of Management and departments;

• Good command of Chinese (at least HSK 5), being able to communicate in English is an advantage (TOEIC >650);
• Having working experience for Chinese companies is an advantage;
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion skills;
• Having university degree in Law or Quality control or relevant field;
• Honest, responsible, hard- working and teamwork.
• Having knowledge of the Corporate Law, Commercial Law and contract laws of Vietnam and China;
• Having at least 01- year legal experience;
