Chinese Translator

JOB SUMMARY

Join our team as a Translator, specializing in Chinese and Vietnamese, with the opportunity to expand into diverse office positions. This role combines linguistic expertise with the chance to contribute to various administrative functions.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Translation and Interpretation: (Mainly)
- Ensure effective communication and understanding between Chinese and Vietnamese- speaking stakeholders.
- Maintain a high level of linguistic and cultural sensitivity, adapting communication styles to suit the context and audience.
- Provide accurate and contextually appropriate translation and interpretation services between Chinese and Vietnamese for various business interactions, including Production line interpreter, meetings, presentations, and written documents.
- Assist in translating documents, presentations, or real- time interpretation for other departments as needed, contributing to seamless cross- functional collaboration.
Optional:
- Assist in creating a welcoming environment for foreign guests and colleagues by offering cultural insights and language support.
- Ad- hoc jobs required by Leader.
- Support administrative tasks related to guest visits, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating logistics.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to address language- related challenges and facilitate seamless communication.

Education

College and above.
Major in Chinese or other related subjects.

Experience

Minimum 1 year in similar positions

Be able to comfortably use Chinese both verbal communication + Reading + Written

*Working Location: Tan Phu Trung- Cu Chi. We provide shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong
