DESCRIPTION:
Ensure the accuracy and coherence of translations, aligning with the context and cultural nuances of the languages.
Provide interpretation support during meetings, seminars, and important events between partners and internal teams.
Translate documents from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa, including reports, contracts, internal documents, and other materials.
Regularly update knowledge of specialized fields and language skills to improve translation quality.
Manage, process, and archive translated documents systematically.
Collaborate with relevant departments to understand specialized content and maintain high translation quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong communication skills, agility, and problem- solving abilities.
Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or higher) and professional- level Vietnamese.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the capacity to handle work pressure.
Prefer candidates with knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, business, or technical fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language Studies or related fields.
At least 6 months of experience in Chinese translation and interpretation (preferably in IT Software companies).
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
