CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer)

In this role, your key responsibilities will include designing innovative personnel systems, overseeing all HR functions, and crafting strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Japanese side.
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to helm our Human Resources Department.
Your ultimate aim will be to develop and manage a high- caliber HR framework that effectively meets our company&039;s needs.

Cooperation with Japanese sides and the Global Section at the Head Office.
Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company&039;s mission and strategic vision.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing time and attendance, other compliance and governance checks, career development, succession planning, retention, and talent acquisition globally.
Design innovative personnel systems including compensation and benefits (C&B), evaluation and grading systems (HRBP), education and training (L&D), etc.
Formulate and implement HR plans and strategies to effectively support the accomplishment of the company’s overall business operational goals.
Work with the Board of Directors on other tasks.
Listening to the voices of frontline members and effectively incorporating their feedback into systems and policies via operating and supporting the HRBP model.

Required Skills

Ability to offer suggestions and opinions to the Board of Directors.
A minimum with at least three years of work experience as a CHRO or similar role (experience in a foreign- invested company with 200- 500 employees is preferred).
Being fluent in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong in promoting skills development.
Capable of developing innovative systems and embracing new challenges.
Ability to implement PDCA cycle.
Thorough knowledge of employment- related laws and regulations.
Excellent logical thinking, analytical and problem- solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
In- depth knowledge of all the Human Resources functions.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
