负责监督各部门安全生产制度、人事行政制废、厂纪厂规的执行情况。
Responsible for supervising the implementation of safety production systems, personnel administrative systems, and factory rules and regulations in various departments.
各政府部门的对接及关系维护（含环境局、消防局、工业区管理局、出入境局等）
Coordination and relationship maintenance among various government departments (including environmental bureau, fire bureau, industrial zone management bureau, entry and exit bureau, etc.)
协助各部门处理人员人才招聘、绩效考核、薪酬福利、员工培训、员工关系管理等
Assist various departments in handling personnel recruitment, performance evaluation, salary and benefits, employee training, employee relationship management, etc
负责公司外国人居住证、劳动证、签证、及各项保险的办理。
Responsible for obtaining residence permits, labor permits, visas, and various insurances for foreign nationals in the company.
组织各部门进行岗位职责分析以及主导岗位职责说明书的编制
Organize various departments to conduct job responsibility analysis and lead the preparation of job responsibility manuals.
负责公司IT、及系统的管理

要求：大学本科毕业，中文读写说优秀
Requirement: Graduated from a university ，with excellent Chinese reading, writing, and speaking skills
有人事或行政3年相关工作经验
3 years of relevant work experience in personnel or administration
熟悉体系及BSCI、 ISO9001和ISO14001等验厂优先
Familiar with the system and factory inspections such as BSCI, ISO9001, and ISO14001 are preferred
