Prepare secured/unsecured portfolio related presentations and materials for making reports toTeamleader and Head of RR if requested
Participate in Basel II implementation project
Monitor and improve credit operations of secured/unsecured loans
Develop, Implement, and monitor credit policies for secured/unsecured products
Review secured/unsecured product programs and keep track on policies changes
Ensure compliance of secured/unsecured products regulations and processes with Bank’s internaland regulatory standards together with deep understanding on secured/unsecured segment.
Working in close cooperation with analytical team monitor and analyze secured/unsecured products performance to identify problem and potential improvements, propose andmake corrective actions
Support RR Policy Teamleader in secured/unsecured portfolio matters
Participate in new retail secured/unsecured product development, campaigns and productrevisions. Discuss product initiatives in constructive way to find compromise betweenrisk control and business growth

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Vietnamese banking regulations and SBV requirements
Structured thinking
Good in presentations
University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Banking
At least 5 years experience in Risk management/ Product Development/ Risk Policy
Good at English (4 skills)
Good oral and written communication skills
