Summary
The R&D Expat/Expert position plays a crucial role in advising, processing, and researching from materials to product for the Jeans/Khaki product team. Additionally, the role involves responsibility for training and enhancing the professional capabilities of the R&D team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with design team members to support trend creation for each season.
- Research and develop Denim washing technologies until design and quality approval.
- Develop seasonal designs in collaboration with the Jeans/Khaki team and suppliers, aligning with the brand‘s pricing structure.
- Own the entire Denim washing technology development process to train specialists.
- Collaborate with the R&D and PD teams to identify suitable material sources and trends.
- Identify new washing technologies to optimize production.
- Lead the establishment of recruitment processes, standards, and forms.

Requirements
- Understanding of color, handfeel after washing, friction, shrinkage, etc.
- Skills in handling production garment issues.
- Thorough understanding of wet and dry washing processes.
- Teamwork and training abilities.
- Willing to work at YODY‘s headquarters in Hai Duong City.
- Proficient in English or Chinese communication.
- Knowledge of Enzyme washing technologies, Stone Enzyme, acid washing, ozone treatment, bleaching, and abrasion.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one- hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
- Location: YODY headquarters.
