Strategic Internal Communications Planning and Execution
- Identify communication needs and enhance communication channels to ensure effective messaging.
- Develop and execute internal communications strategy that aligns with organizational goals and engages employees at all levels.
Content Creation and Management
- Write, edit, and publish high- quality, engaging content for internal communications such as newsletters, internal portal articles, leadership speeches, announcements, video scripts, training materials to name a few, in both English and Vietnamese.
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing communication materials.
Join planning and delivering Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Work with HR and leadership to promote a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
- Join and support HR to design and implement employee engagement programs (e.g., surveys, focus groups, town halls) to gather feedback and foster two- way communications
Channel Management
- Ensure information is timely, relevant, and accessible to all employees.
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including e- newsletter, myFE application, and collaboration tools, to enhance information dissemination.
Collaborative Liaison
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams and departmental leaders to to gather information and transform it into engaging and accessible communication content, and to align communications with departmental objectives and address specific communication needs.
- Act as a point of contact for communication- related queries and contribution from management and departmental communication in charge.
Metrics and Reporting
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on communication initiatives and employee engagement levels.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., open rates, feedback scores) to evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and recommend improvements.
Crisis Communication
- Ensure sensitivity and tact in handling messages related to organizational changes, policies, and internal matters.
- Develop crisis communication plans and respond effectively to internal issues, ensuring timely and accurate messaging to employees.
Training and Support
- Foster a network of internal communication champions throughout the organization.
- Provide training and support to departmental communication coordinators and team members on best practices in internal communication.
