- Làm việc với nhà thầu, thiết kế sơ đồ công nghệ và dây chuyền máy móc sản xuất các mặt hàng nước ép; Giám sát quá trình lắp ráp và vận hành thử dây chuyền sản xuất;Work with contractors to design process flow diagrams and production lines for juice products; supervise the assembly and trial operation of production lines.- Tiếp nhận chuyển giao công nghệ, đào tạo, và hướng dẫn vận hành, bảo trì dây chuyền sản xuất;Receive technology transfer, conduct training, and provide guidance on the operation and maintenance of the production lines.- Xây dựng quy trình sản xuất, quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng sản phẩm (QC), quy trình giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm (QA) theo quy chuẩn của các chứng nhận: FSSC 22000, SGF, FDA, Halal, Kosher, Fairtrade, vv…, đảm bảo tuyệt đối an toàn thực phẩm. Cập nhật, cải tiến để hệ thống đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn ngày càng khắt khe của bộ tiêu chuẩn chứng nhận cũng như yêu cầu đặt ra từ nhiều thị trường khác nhau.Develop production procedures, product quality control (QC) procedures, and product quality assurance (QA) procedures in compliance with certification standards such as FSSC 22000, SGF, FDA, Halal, Kosher, Fairtrade, etc., ensuring absolute food safety. Continuously update and improve the system to meet increasingly stringent certification requirements as well as the demands of diverse markets.- Định kỳ kiểm tra, giám sát Hồ sơ Sản xuất, vận hành sản xuất; Hồ sơ Bảo trì, vận hành bảo trì, tư vấn cho Ban giám đốc phương án tối ưu hoá chi phí, giảm lãng phí, hao hụt, thiệt hại.Conduct regular inspections and supervision of Production Records and Maintenance Records; provide consultancy to the Board of Directors on cost optimization measures to reduce waste, loss, and damage.- Tiếp đón các đoàn đánh giá của khách hàng, hoặc đơn vị đánh giá chứng chỉ/ chứng nhận, hỗ trợ nhà máy hoàn thiện hệ thống, đảm bảo vượt qua mọi yêu cầu đề ra.Host customer audit teams and certification/assessment bodies, supporting the factory in perfecting its system and ensuring successful compliance with all requirements.- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc công ty, phù hợp với quy định của Luật lao động của Việt Nam.Perform other tasks as assigned by the company’s Board of Directors, in line with the provisions of Vietnamese labor law.
