Chuyên Viên An Toàn Lao Động (HSE)

Support the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
Periodically coordinate and organize internal drills for incidents at projects.
Provide, maintain, and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices, and equipment, and utilize them in day- to- day training.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Ensure the employees on the property comply with the company&039;s policies and safety norms.
Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety
Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and Procedures.
Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.
Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as requirements.
Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.

Ability to work independently and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
At least 1- 3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of emergency preparedness, Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, 5S, Kaizen, standards and HSE.
Ability to analyze information logically and meticulously.
