Mechanical:

Manage quality of Static/ Rotating maintenance.
Perform all work with Safety, Health, and environment also energy management to follow company’s policy and local law and regulations.
Analysis and investigate root cause of problem with provide corrective and preventive solution.
Involve in activities for improve production according company’s policy.
Instrument:
Design and implement safety instrumented systems (SIS) to mitigate process hazards and protect personnel, equipment, and the environment. Perform safety integrity level (SIL) assessments, reliability calculations, and verification activities to ensure functional safety compliance.
Develop, and implement automation solutions for process control, instrumentation, and monitoring systems. Collaborate with process engineers and operations teams to ensure automation solutions meet technical requirements and operational objectives.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for instrumentation and control systems to ensure reliability and uptime. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of instrumentation equipment to address issues and minimize downtime.
Specify instrumentation equipment and coordinate procurement activities with vendors and suppliers. Oversee the installation, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Sparepart:
Tools operation such as record in and out tool from tools room, check tool inventory, report the tool status, support spare part work.
Coordinate efforts across maintenance staff to make sure all tasks are completed in a timely schedule.
Respond to company&039;s maintenance emergency needs.
Maintains logs of any downtime within the manufacturing system
Clear documentation of both routine checks and repairs needed, in line with both internal and external protocols and procedures.
Mold:
Troubleshoot mold- related issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize mold designs.
Maintain detailed records of mold performance and maintenance activities.
Design and develop new molds using CAD software.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing molds.
