Conduct market research, industry knowledge, current trends, new media, and competition research.
Define and monitor media plans, implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan
Monitor the retail marketing strategy working hand- in- hand with the retail, omni and training team and monitor the proper implementation of retail materials (promotion, services, advice, etc.)
Seek PPL opportunities, event sponsorship, brand/community partnerships that align with brand and marketing strategy.
Monitor and follow- up with suppliers and partners to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
Manage the collection/ new products/ key pillar/ key product line sell- out performance, analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the team to ensure the consistency of new product development.
Assists with other related duties as assigned.
Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail/Partnership) and create the right angle of attack consistently to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences; meet the deadlines and right objective.
Translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights brand development.
Research, create, develop and monitor the communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale, landing page) for brand and product.

Stay updated with social media platform technologies and trends.
Conduct research on new influencer profiles/ new community in order to broaden the pool.

Ability to deal with both artistic and numerical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
At least 3 years of related experience
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok) and affiliate marketing
Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication, detail- oriented and interpersonal skills
