Chuyên Viên Cao Cấp Phát Triển Sản Phẩm (Dự Án BNPL)

- Design customer journey for new product features
- Analyze portfolio performance and constantly improve on the strategy
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities and submit new product proposals
- Introduce new features, and channels through existing or new partner ecosystem. Drive new customer acquisition through partnerships
- Ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements
- Constantly improve or build new propositions that are based on customer and competitive insights
- Define and maintain product strategy, product revenue, market adoption, and portfolio management penetration goals.
- Drafting processes and regulations for product deployment according to banking standards and regulations.
- Define liability product and services vision and requirements based on customer needs and business objectives
- Analyze requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable and prioritized in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders
- Engage and build cross sell opportunities of new and existing products

- Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Minimum years of experience with a good understanding of the banking/fintech regulations and market practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking sector or a related field
- Ability to manage complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders including Domain architect, Solution architect, Engineering, Operations, Data, Risk
- Strong sense of business objectives
- A natural digital junkie who keeps abreast of the latest digital trends
- Strong start up and get thing done mindset
