VPBank is implementing various programs following approved plan and enhancing risk governance in correspondence with SBV and international standards, including Basel, IFRS 9, Biometric technology, risk reporting system, ALM, Market Data Validation, Centralized Limit Management,… This job is to manage continuity, efficiency and stability of projects progress in timely manner and to conduct best practices of project management in RMD.

• Manage and control project progress, quality, cost, procurement as per agreed and approved plan


• Prepare progress reports and meeting materials, propose meetings schedule, prepare meetings schedule and meeting invitations


• Manage the communication within the project


• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank‘s project management methodology


• be in charge of stakeholder management with related units within the bank


• Prepare project progress reports to senior management 


• Manage assigned projects


• Enhance project management practice

• Bachelor/Master of Finance & Banking, Economics, Project Management, IT, Business Analysis,…


• English skills: Fluent


• Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise: risk Management; project management


• Experienced in Managing IT projects; working in banks, understanding bank processes


• Good at presenting, time management, planning


• Proactive and creative in working.
