Liaisons with local stakeholders:

Identify and clear the problems during process
Review and update regularly vendors list and products/services/quotation
Deal with the local stakeholders for services setting and deliverables
Identify and expand target potential local stakeholders/vendors and other institutions supporting the overseas study services

Liaisons with clients (schools and colleges partners):

Ensure the requested deliverables from school partners end- to- end during the students enrolment journey
Update the programs regularly from school partners to current and new students
Being a contact point during the enrolment journey of VUS Overseas Study Services students and school partners.

Customers (students/parents) support:

Be responsible for the smooth delivery of program running to all enrolments
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure students and parents satisfaction.

Other duties assigned by line manager including but not limited to:

Be responsible for satisfaction surveys execution to majority of customers
Regularly host the pre- departure events

2- 3 years of experience in education sector, preferably in the operation roles
Strong organizational and time- management skills
Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
