Proactively contact Drivers/Restaurants via call when necessary
Flexibly use available tools and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Record and forward information to relevant departments to support Shippers/Users/Merchants
Record User complaints and handle them in accordance with established procedures
Receive information, provide consultation, support, and respond to Users’ inquiries regarding related issues
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong Korean communication skills (verbal and written)- Topik 5 and above
Graduated from High school or equivalent academic level
Have sales mindset and customer oriented with experience in textchat/email customer service
At least 6- month experience in Customer Service roles or any relevant ones.
