Chuyên viên CNTT - Mảng AI (Artificial Intelligent)

Continuously research and stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, and apply them to real- world projects.
Participate in developing and implementing the overall direction for AI- related initiatives and projects.
Ensure the quality and performance of AI projects through regular testing and evaluation.
Supervise and support the development team in building and deploying AI solutions, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and IT team&039;s leader.
Prepare detailed plans and manage tasks related to AI development and application.
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and optimal use of resources.

Candidate Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of AI/ML, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, and related technologies.
Deep expertise in data management.

Management Skills

Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage conflicts.
Strong skills in planning, organizing, and managing work.
Ability to inspire and motivate the team.

Other Requirements

Knowledge of risk management and relevant industry standards.
Understanding of legal and ethical regulations related to AI.
English proficiency sufficient to meet job requirements.
