Line Manager: Deputy Head (Pastoral Care)
• Work with the pastoral and leadership team to create channels for pupils to raise their voice and share their inputs into the development of BCVN.
• Coordinate with the Deputy Head (Pastoral) and the Head Master and make weekly and monthly reports to monitor pupil behaviour
• Work with teachers to handle any pastoral or behavioural incidents which might arise.
• Leads and/or supports the delivery of some strategic projects and high- profile events as requested.
• Work with the Deputy Head and leadership team to ensure effective implementation of the behavioural policy.
• Partner with schools, domestically and abroad, for pupil exchange opportunities.
• Collect the lists of pupils and teachers to be honored on the wall of honour working with the Head Master.
• Becomes a pupil ambassador in school- wide projects to ensure our solutions and initiatives provide benefits and a better experience for pupils.
• Provides advice on the organization of the Pupil Council. Supports teachers to provide mentorship to students in the implementation of Pupil Council’s projects.
• Detect any risks of school safety and security; supervise the handling of school accidents and report to the Head Master who will report to the school board as appropriate;
• Support school- wide efforts in raising global awareness of our pupils by improving intercultural competence and fostering global experience.

• At least three years of experience working in similar positions;
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields;
• Good problem- solving and consultation skills; professional manners and service mindset;
• Ability to work actively and creatively.
• Abilities to organize events and campaigns, etc.
• Good understanding of students’ psychology;
• Native Vietnamese speaker with strong level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Please note that the main language for communication within the school is English;
• Good task organization and arrangement skills;
