- Follow up on customer complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and generate reports;- Responsible for collecting and compiling routine departmental reports;- Participate in customer meetings, visits, audits, and other related work;- Learn quality- related awareness and tools, and gradually become more independent in handling customer needs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree or above- Fluent in Japanese/Chinese, those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.- Over 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or customer service; experience in quality management is a plus.- Has experience in quality management of power adapters/chargers.
