Support Operation, CRM to solve the complaint from customer about the product information/product quality.
Stay up to date with the latest rules and regulations.
Reports, Account payable / Invoicing documents.
Assist in reviewing product registration documents for assigned projects to ensure compliance with requirements, as well as monitor registration to strict deadlines.
Responsible for initiating, implementing, and managing the full lifecycle of product registration processes, including new applications, renewals, variations, and dossier updates for all company products.
Prepare license list for every shipment to make sure that they match to the actual goods. Prepare sublabels to paste on product packaging.
Liaise with the brand principals to collect the registration documents, ensure that all products comply with the current enforced regulations in Vietnam & ASEAN.
On behalf of the company liaises with, and makes presentations to regulatory authorities if required.
Support the maintenance of regulatory files and updating new databases to ensure prompt and accurate access to company regulatory information (concerning current, pending registration documents and renewals).
Assess and verify the legal, scientific, and technical completeness of registration dossiers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Holding a Bachelor of Pharmaceuticals/Chemistry or similar areas.
Open to learning and improvement and constant changes and challenges
Excellent Microsoft word and excel skills, good with data presentation and analysis tool
At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience in the fields of perfumes, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals, or with experience in product registration/notification are preferred.
Ability to juggle between various tight deadlines and projects
Ability to work independently, responsible and reliable with minimal supervision.
Good command of English, particularly in reading and writing
Team- oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and internal offices.
Excellent attention to details and passionate about being perfect with documentation and details
