Chuyên Viên Đào Tạo – Japanese Speaking (N2+)

Job Overview
• As a Japanese Speaking Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering effective training programs for new hires and existing agents, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet client and business requirements. This role focuses on classroom facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement of training quality.
• This position is on- site in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Candidates from other locations are welcome if willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver new hire training, refresher training, and product updates for E- commerce programs
• Monitor trainee progress throughout the training period and provide coaching & developmental feedback
• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions using adult learning and accelerated learning techniques
• Partner closely with Operations and QA to ensure smooth transition from training to production
• Prepare and deliver training materials, including presentations, hands- on activities, and simulations
• Maintain up- to- date product knowledge by attending meetings, observations, and (when required) taking live calls
• Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post- training performance
