Training Operation (60%):
• Work Performance Appraisal Management: Operates KPI system to measure employee’s work performance and giving analysis reports for further development.
• Analyze survey results and collaborate with relevant departments to propose and implement improvements that support employee growth.
• Conduct orientation training programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
• Manage E- learning system and update training reports as being required.
• Training research and design for advanced training programs to motivate talents.
HR Development (40%):
• Draft, update, and implement internal HR policies, labor regulations, and the employee handbook in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
• Support HRM to develop HR Policies, Work Performance Appraisal, Culture & Engagement Activities for the organization.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys or informal channels, and work with leadership to implement improvements.
• Plan and organize company events, team building, and employee recognition programs to enhance engagement.
• Build annual KPI operation plan and improvements, capability framework, Work Manual and build up HR performance standards.
• Advise and resolve employee relations issues, including complaints, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational, problem- solving, and communication skills, good teamwork cooperation.
At least 3 years of experience in HRBP/ generalist HR/ Training & Development Executive role, preferably in FDI companies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hands- on experience in Training performance management, Policy development, labor relations, and employee engagement.
