- Maintain comprehensive allotment list, and provide monthly report of actual materialization.
- To review accuracy of the next day reservations ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre arrangements, are attended to.
- Check room and rate availability and accept/reject booking accordingly based on availability.
- Complete and administer all reservation tasks as assigned and in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- To inform the Reservation Supervisor of any problem areas that may occur in the Reservation Department.
- Details will be discussed at the interview.
- Respond promptly to telephone requests for reservations and process accordingly.

• Professional experiences 3 to 5 years
