- Check control register Trading code for foreign investors.
- Control opening/ Closing securities account for all kinds of customer daily on the VSD gate.
- HSX trading representative: gateway from PHS- HSX are error.
- Register Foreign indirect investment account for foreign investors.
* Check, control Depository professional
- Manage, control daily stock balance.
- Approve the list of exercise shareholder’s rights according to VSD’s announce.
- Manage collateral stock.
- Check, control adjust trading account information based on effective documents issued by VSD.
- Exercise shareholder’s rights arising: Check and approve.
- Control and check transfer stocks under regulations of donations and inheritance.
- Check release stocks.
- Check & control transfer stock of non- listing.
- Monitor, check and approve transactions on VSD connection.
- Purchase- right.
- Check monthly stock balance.
- Monitor and control stock which customers transfer from another securities company.
* Implement, control and check the reports.
- Monthly Business activities.
- Yearly reports.
- Monitor, receiving, sorting announcement, dispatch from VSD.
- Monthly report: depository activities of foreign investors.
- Monthly report.
- Weekly report on balance and accounts.
* Manage, check, control shareholder management book service.
- Control registrar management
- Recruit, train, manage, control, contribute the ideas for Department.
- Other tasks assigned by the leader’s directions.

- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Proficiency in office computer applications, good at Excel is an advantage.
- High sense of responsibility.
- Customer oriented.
- Be honest, patient.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team.
- At least 03 years experience working at professional department of securities company.
- Good management skills.
- Have knowledge in financial and stock market.
- English communication is an advantage.
- Have practicing securities certificate issued by State Securities Committee is advantage.
- Graduate University major in Cooperate Finance, Economic, Securities, Bank,… or relevant.
- Detailed oriented, sociable, responsive, flexible.
