Chuyên Viên Hỗ Trợ Kỹ Thuật/ Technical Services Engineer (Chemical)

Negotiate with customers towards solving error products and prepare related documents
Receive customer feedbacks and transfer detailed informations to the production departments (Support for improvements)
Research production histories to improve error products
Research from clients to know detail information about error production and may to visit the domestic clients
Pick up error products from clients and deliver it to the R&D departments

Other jobs as assignments by superiors

University graduated in major of Chemical, Polymer, Organic chemistry or related fields
Proficiency Speaking/ Written in English (or Korean)
No experience requirements;
