Chuyên viên IT - IT Helpdesk

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage list/collection of IT inventory, hardwares and softwares. Up- to- date inventory record for all IT equipment;
• Other details will be further discussed in the interview;
• Follow up & support members of the company & ensure all users comply with IT & Network security policies, annual clean- up data, encrypt devices before handling to employee;
• Prepare new assets for new member: set up new Laptop/PC/Phone, necessary software for work;
• Responsibility for daily monitoring of company network and system to ensure it is always operational and fully optimized including company’s CRM system;
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
• Carry out other IT related jobs when required, training other people on IT topics
• Manage and update website content;
• Responsibility for maintaining company’s websites, hosting, server…
• Manage and enhance IT helpdesk operation & monitoring company’s CRM and IT Systems (include PC/Laptop & other devices), troubleshoot & resolve related problems;
OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Having a long- term commitment;
• Having basic knowledge WordPress Website;
• High sense of responsibility, careful and honest;
• Able to communicate in English;
• Interest in SEO, Adword, Photoshop, online advertising, …;
• Can do attitude;
• At least 1 year experience in Helpdesk support and IT operations;
