Chuyên Viên IT MIS

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.
Manage user expectations and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate and work with overseas vendors.
Ensure data integrity and security.
Work under tight timelines and management pressure
Manage and maintain the school’s SIS and other software applications.
Develop and deliver training to staff on IT systems and software.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students.
Work on weekends and late nights when necessary.

Other requirements by line manager

Education

Relevant certifications in IT service management or ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Shared requirements:

Must have at least 2 years SaaS experience
Must be able to speak and write in English. Communication is important as we coordinate and work with overseas vendors.
Must be able to work under tight timelines and management pressure
Must have successfully completed at least 2 full ERP implementation cycles.
Must be skilled in multitasking, problem solving, root- cause analysis, and managing users’ expectations
Ability to communicate and present to work team stakeholders as well as project leaders
Nice to have report writing, KPI/Dashboard development, and Business Intelligence skills with at least 2 years of experience
Must have strong analytic skills and the ability to learn new domain processes quickly
Must have strong work ethics and critical thinking abilities
Must be able to work on weekends and late nights when necessary
