• Co-ordinate all meetings with Development, PDC & production team and get understating about new development in order to ensure adherence of quality standards, as per customer specifications and requirements.
• Follow up with, RM request date for size set, RM ready date Hacking meeting and tech detail ready date in order to maintain a smooth production process.
• Ensure proper communication for cut kit /tech details send date and arrange the package, make Gate passes, handover to vehicle and send the email for dispatch on timely manner to achieve the quality aspects.
• Maintain all records/ reports pertaining to PDC & production team meetings, maintain meeting minutes and follow-up on actions accordingly.
• Follow-up with plan and monitor the status of RM ready date for size set, tech detail ready date, pattern ready date, cut kit request date, cut kit ready date till final pattern ready date in order to ensure adherence of quality standards, as per customer specifications and requirements.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

• Good English skills (4 skills) 
• Strong ability in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Presentation skills & Communication skills
• Garment & textile/ manufacturing background is an advantage.
