Chuyên viên Kế toán

Review the legality and validity of contracts, both in English and Vietnamese.
Monitor the company&039;s accounts payable and expenses.
Prepare financial reports and management reports as required.
Check and maintain payment records, expenses, and accounts payable; expenses, fixed assets, and tools within the system.
Work with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
Review accounting, tax, and management processes to minimize risks and enhance company benefits.
Prepare and submit foreign contractor tax reports and VAT input reports.
Consult and review accounting entries and documents within MISA software.
Train and guide other departments on accounting procedures and forms.

English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using MISA software.
A strong passion for accounting and a commitment to continuous learning.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Honest, detail- oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

Gross salary of 12- 15M VND, with biannual salary reviews.
Working hours: 8:30 AM- 11:45 AM, 1:15 PM- 5:45 PM from Monday to Friday (Weekends off).
