Chuyên viên kinh doanh F&B - F&B Sales Executive

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for direct supervisors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct telesales, customer follow- up, and lead nurturing to maximize conversion opportunities
• Proactively approach in- house guests to introduce and promote F&B products and services including restaurants, lobby bar, sky bar, and promotions
• Maintain accurate customer data, bookings, and sales reports in hotel systems
• Support F&B and Marketing teams in collecting guest feedback and online reviews on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Facebook, and OTA channels
• Support operational departments in guest engagement and product promotion to maximize revenue and enhance guest experience
• Actively source potential customers for small events, gatherings, birthday parties and private dinners through social media communities and online channels
Yêu cầu công việc
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• English- Good level, written & spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel, PowerPoint
• Vietnamese- Good level, written & spoken
• Presentation skill
• College/University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields
• Minimum 01 year experience in Sales, F&B Sales, Event Sales, or Guest Relations in hospitality industry
