Quarterly, you will be reviewed and promoted to the next level and increase your basic salary if you hit the target.
DYM is providing Health check- up services for companies in Vietnam (health check- ups once a year for staff regulated by the Vietnamese Labor Code). Besides that, we provide some other medical services such as health check- ups when applying for work permits, and treatment for Vietnamese and foreigners, especially Japanese.
You will have an excellent basic salary, an attractive commission scheme based on your performance (up to 7.5% of the gross benefit you bring to the company), and unlimited commission earnings when you work with us.
DYM Medical Center is a Japanese company operating in the medical industry. We have branches in Japan, the USA, Thailand, and Hong Kong. In Vietnam, we started in 2019 and now have 3 general clinics.
Job descriptions:
• Consider and propose sales strategies.
• Approach potential clients every day.
• Handling full- cycle of the sales process from prospecting, pitching/presenting, closing deals, getting feedback, and contract liquidation.
• Acting as a contact point between the clients and internal operating teams to meet the customers’ satisfaction.
• Keep close relationships for retention of clients.
• Other tasks required by the Line Manager.
• Building trust and providing excellent consulting to potential clients.

We are looking for:
- Candidates with proven experience in the medical industry: English is basic .

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
