Job purpose:
The Sales Executive – FDI is responsible for developing and managing relationships with foreign- invested and multinational corporate clients with international travel needs. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing assigned accounts, and delivering professional corporate travel solutions in line with company service and profitability standards.
Main Duties
Develop and Acquire FDI Clients
Identify and approach potential FDI clients (foreign- invested companies, representative offices, multinational corporations) with international business travel needs.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through networking, referrals, associations, industrial parks, and assigned lead sources.
Support client onboarding activities, including information collection and initial service setup.
Sales Execution & Deal Management
Conduct negotiations within authorized limits; escalate special terms or large- volume deals to the Sales Manager.
Prepare quotations and proposals in accordance with approved pricing, margin, and payment guidelines.
Present HNH travel solutions to FDI clients, including air tickets, visa services, hotels, insurance, car rental, and airport services.
Account Management & Client Retention
Maintain regular communication with client contacts (HR, Admin, Travel Coordinator, Finance, etc.).
Support handling of service issues (flight delays, cancellations, visa issues, after- hours support) following internal procedures.
Ensure timely responses to inquiries, service requests, and changes in travel plans.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Ensure client requests are clearly communicated and accurately executed by internal teams.
Support follow- up on contracts, credit terms, and receivables as assigned.
Work closely with OTS, Visa, Tour, Accounting, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting
Provide periodic sales reports to the Sales Manager/FDI Channel Lead.
Update CRM/sales tracking systems with client activity, pipeline status, and deal progress.
Track personal sales targets (revenue, MIG, new clients) as assigned.
Compliance & Service Standards
Comply with company policies, pricing rules, and service standards when working with FDI clients.
Maintain professional conduct aligned with corporate and international business environments.
Contribute to maintaining HNH’s image as a reliable and professional travel partner for FDI clients.
