Chuyên Viên Kỹ Thuật Công Nghiệp (IE Specialist)

Job purpose
Develop and maintain manufacturing process in Ariston factory to maximize production efficiency, material efficiency and process quality.

Job descriptions:
- Take lead in improvement project to improve process efficiency, material efficiency and quality level in factory.
- Create and maintain SOP (Standard of Procedure) for all process/product.
- Participate in problem solving investigation in daily production and define improvement idea to solve those problems.
- Define and optimize process/machine parameter to archive both quality and efficiency.
- Develop process to meet requirement of new product, include: define process flow, develop new machine, new assembly line and new tool/jig.
- Follow pre- seri running for new product and take lead to solve all process issue relate to new product.

Requirements
• Education:
- Preferred if have training/certification of LEAN manufacturing; Six Sigma.
- University/Degree in Technical Engineering like: Mechanical Engineering; Electric Engineering; Industrial Engineering.
• Experience
- At least 03 years’ experience as Process Engineer; Industrial Engineer in manufacturing company. Preferred in WCM/Lean manufacturing plants.
• Skills
- Can use Lean tools; six sigma tools; 7 QC tool is a plus.
- Time management, able to prioritize tasks and allocate time appropriately.
- Good communication, integrity and responsible.
- Can use Solid work; Auto Cad 2D/3D is a plus.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Listen- written and oral)
- Good at project management for improvement project.
- Can use Word, Excel, Powerpoint in making report; summary data in table, graph, etc.
- Good at problem solving and analytical skills, able to analyze data/information from different areas of business.
