Responsibilities
Deploy demand creation activities frequency on all available promotion platform on market and find the best way for promoting
Implement and monitor all demand creation activities timely and effectively.
Research customer behavior, market conditions, competitor’s activities.
Responsible for deploying and monitoring demand creation activities to meet customers’ demand and enhance MPS brand on the market.
Work activities :
Receive, transport the documents, requirements or regulations or save the forms issued and release some of them to Marketing team
Implement and monitor Demand Creation Dept. activities to create farmer’ demand on Map Pacific Singapore products as well as maintain Map Pacific Singapore brand on market, especially on farmer and C2 dealer.
Develop Demand Creation Dept. activities to make Map Pacific Singapore Demand Creation Dept. activities to be unique and competitive.
Assist other members in translating documents (email, project, proposals, etc.)
Propose creative ideas, different, unique activity forms with high competative for Demand creation Dept. activities to convince customers trust/believe on Map Pacific Singapore’ products, Map Pacific Singapore’ brand and decide to use Map Pacific Singapore’ products
Collect information related to market, customer, and competitor to determine customers’ demand as well as opportunities and challenges. Propose strategies, action plans for Demand creation Dept. activities to line Manager.
Take care Marketing dept. affairs related to administration (Secretary of Marketing department)
Management – Cooperation – Leadership
Build trust in relationships, communicate effectively, promote innovation, collaborate with Region Manager and TC

Maintain professional internal and external relationships to meet company values.
Budget management: Implement Demand Creation Dept. activities follow approved budget and manage affectively the budget according to ROI standardized criteria.
Good knowledge and implementation on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and keep confidential on issues related to Map Pacific Singapore
