Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Manage purchasing for both local and imported products; evaluate suppliers, pricing, and market demand to optimize sales performance and margins.
Perform other tasks within the scope of work as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Analyze and maintain records of sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends; propose pricing, discount, and markdown strategies, and support promotions and new product launches.
Oversee ordering, delivery, and stock availability; closely coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and stores to ensure timely fulfillment.
Manage B2B purchasing and corporate orders, including preparing quotations, following up on business opportunities, and maintaining manage in the CRM system.
Act as the key liaison between suppliers and stores to coordinate product distribution, warranty, repair, and return processes.
Requirement
Experience: At least 3 year of experience in a related position in Retail, preferably in hardware, home appliances, automotive and/or electronics stores.
Computer proficiency is preferred, with certificates in Microsoft Office courses (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), related software/retail systems.
Graduated from college or university with a major in Economics, Commerce, or Import/Export
Use good English, work directly with foreigners
Ability to negotiate and solve problems quickly and accurately.
Willing to travel both locally and internationally.
