SCOPE OF WORK:
Research and design patterns

Research methods, materials, tools, and equipment for painting on lacquer products from customer designs
Establish a process to achieve the highest efficiency in mass production
Mix paint according to customer requirements

Train painters according to approved designs/processes

Build a team of hand painters, check skills, support painter recruitment
Train painters

Organize mass production

Plan and implement according to production needs
Be responsible for the hand painting team in production
Control quality and progress

REQUIREMENTS:

High sense of responsibility, proactive and creative in assigned tasks
Flexible problem- solving skills, good at detecting and solving problems
Good communication skills, English is an advantage
Ability to research, manufacture tools and equipment to improve productivity
Able to withstand high work pressure
Understanding of painting techniques, understanding of lacquer is an advantage
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, major in Industrial Arts, Painting
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of drawing software is an advantage (photoshop, illustrator, corel...)
Ability to organize, divide tasks, establish processes
Experience in Fine Arts Design, Lacquer Painting
Careful, meticulous, and persistent in work
At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position
