Lead and manage the sugarcane cultivation project, ensuring efficient and sustainable farming practices.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the farming and factory operations teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts, research institutions, and technology providers to leverage new insights and innovations.
Collaborate with the Vietnamese government and local stakeholders to implement cutting- edge agricultural technologies.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Analyze market data and industry reports to inform strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive industry research to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in sugarcane farming and sugar production.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and execute strategies for improving sugarcane yield and quality, reducing production costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Coordinate with the procurement team to manage the importation of raw sugar in the early stages of the project.
Oversee the operations of the sugar factory, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Familiarity with Vietnamese agricultural regulations and policies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Food Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong industry research skills, with the ability to analyze and apply research findings to improve operations.
7- 10 years of experience in sugarcane farming and sugar factory operations.
In- depth knowledge of agricultural technologies, sugarcane cultivation practices, and sugar manufacturing processes.
Proven track record of managing large- scale agricultural projects and factory operations.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
