Monthly Payroll&13;
Check, verify all data relating to payroll if any (namely overtime working, PIT, Insurance, Labor Employment Status...) to make sure the accuracy of the calculation matched in compare with Cadena System
Make monthly Salary Approval Reports and all related reports after Payroll.
Manage Time Attendance, Leave Budget, and OT...
Monthly calculate the salary in detail (in Excel System)
Personal Income Tax (PIT) Related Duties
Address all issues if any with Hanoi Tax Department/PIT Code
Make monthly PIT Declaration
Process fully PIT Finalization Process in compliance with Tax Law on PIT
Social Insurance (Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance)
Proceed Approval for Monthly Insurance Report and making the payment
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP): Act as HRBP on Employee Relationship/Work Performance Appraisal/HR Compliance
Employees Relationship
- Guide/Receive, Solving Employee’s Feedback to solve All conflicts (if any) or to ensure the compliance with the Company’s Working Regulations
Support solving all issues about HR Legal Compliance
- Update/Giving Reports/HR solution (if any) about Labor Law/Tax Law on PIT/Insurance or related further legal documents
- Involving in Making Reports/Solving issues in Internal Audit/Labor Inspection/Tax Inspection
Other HR tasks and C&B reports as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
Basic requirements:
- Good at English.
- Good at Teamwork, can work under pressure.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B field for company size at more than 200 employees.
Competency requirements ( A.S.K)

Skills:
- Good at Reporting & Filling skills, Time- Management & Database.
- Good at Communication, Negotiation, Problems Solving Skills.
- Good at Computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), be excellent at excel formulas for salary. computation.
Knowledge:
- Strongly acknowledge and can well apply all processes about C&B- Especially PIT regulations for foreigners working in Vietnam, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, all Labor regulations on compensation and wages regulation from Government.
