- Be ready to go business trip domestically and abroad when required;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Participate in fire- fighting conferences, seminars, events and presentations;
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.
- Follow quotation and bidding activities and propose solutions for sales contracts
- Attending the training courses organized by Company and Suppliers;
- Gather customer feedback and provide product/service consultation;
- Track customer payment statuses and work with other departments as needed.
- Direct sales with the support from the business coordination, technical engineers and sales support;
- Checking and reviewing bidding documents and coordinating the sales support to make quotations and bidding records (tender);

- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills with customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and knowledge of MS Project.
- Proficient in English communication and document reading.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in fire- fighting equipments.
- Dynamic, responsible, independent, capable of teamwork, and quick learning ability.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the industrial equipment supply sector, particularly companies specializing in fire- fighting equipments.
- Strong communication skills, ability to handle work pressure.
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Mechanical Engineering, HVAC , Electrical Engineering, or Automation Engineering
