Work with the finance team to align sales forecasts with financial projections.
Monitor and analyze customers, competitors and market trends
Monitor and evaluate sales performance by sales channel, by product and by sales branches and sales team.
Provide actionable insights to Sales Head and BOM
Create accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and sales trends.
Adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
Analyze sales promotion and sales campaigns effectiveness and provide recommendations
Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives
Adjust forecasts as necessary based on changing market conditions and sales performance
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and CMD
Compile, analyze and report sales data

Basic requirements:

Language: Proficient in English

Qualifications:

Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
Experience:
Experience working in consumer lending, banks or fintech lending companies are a plus
Minimum 3 year working experience, preferably in finance reporting, market research, data analyst
Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Multi- tasking & effective time management
Critical thinking, result oriented and can do attitude
Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SQL
Integrity, Accountability and Ownership
Working location: Hà Nội
Proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
