Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Kinh Doanh (Non-IT BA)

Collaborate with other business units to accurately update the company&039;s services/products.
Research information about new business processes.
Analyze and evaluate the results of implementation and the business situation. Propose plans to drive business.
Manage business data to evaluate the effectiveness of the company&039;s current business model and operations.
Analyze, compare, and assess the current business data model of the company to identify issues that need improvement or change.
Conduct assessments of opportunities and risks associated with proposed business directions and initiatives during implementation.
Manage and monitor potential business opportunities by continuously updating and tracking revenue fluctuations, trends based on actual data, and business opportunities.
Prepare reports, propose new approaches or enhancements for business operations.

Possess logical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to organize and systematize data.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent degree) in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar positions. Preference given to experience with large enterprise management software such as Salesforce CRM.
Fluently use analytical tools and data visualization/presentation tools (VBA, SQL, Power BI, Python, etc.).
Proficient in English.
Detail- oriented person with good problem- solving skills.
