Provide support to developers and testers, ensuring they understand and fulfill the requirements.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to assess strengths and weaknesses, and determine target areas, among other factors.
Create a product roadmap to outline the development focus for each phase.
Monitor customer feedback to create improvement plans and continue development.
Review the documentation of the Business Analyst and the management of general tasks
Design wireframes and develop detailed requirements for each feature, aligning them with the product roadmap.
After launching the product, coordinate with other teams (such as administration and sales) for deployment to the market.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst in the E- commerce industry
Write the documentation in English (must)
Able to follow up work well
Having experience in participating in Agile/Scrum projects is an advantage.
Have experience in writing instructions to use, operating flow/procedures of the system and users.
Knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma,etc..
Study current system/requirement, analyze, clarify and propose suitable requirements/features in order to make them clear enough for the developer to implement.
Understanding of digital experience, platforms, and underlying technologies.
